Routine:
-Washroom supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Handsink supplied with hot water, liquid soap, paper towel and free of obstructions to allow for easy access.

-High temp dishwasher after 4 cycles warmed up to 71 C at the plate.
*Ensure dishwasher is run at least 3-4 times once turned on to reach 71 C or higher
-Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces
*Ensure sanitizer solution is replenished every 2 hours and maintained at 100 ppm chlorine

-Prep cooler: 3 C
-Standing cooler: 4 C
-Beverage cooler: 4 C/4 C
-Chest freezer: -17 C (no ice build up - excellent)
-Standing freezer: -12 C
-Rice: 67 C

-No signs of current pest activity noted during inspection. Back door closed during inspection.
