INSPECTION REPORT: 256626 The following items have been corrected: - new clean aprons provided to the kitchen staff - fly traps removed from the food prep area ( pest control specialist will provide some other solution for fly control/ some screen doors at the receiving area ) - hot and cold water available at the back hand wash station Thank you for your time and assistance.
