Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (upright 1 door, upright 2 door, display case...etc)
Chest freezer -21C and upright 1 door freezer -18C
Hot holding of miso soup 68C
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Bleach on site. Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle 100ppm. Test strips available.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns. Drain plugs x 2 available.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights in food preparation areas covered..etc)
** Note: discussed installation of a self closing hinge on the washroom door with operator at time of inspection.
