- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- Dishwashing sink equipped properly.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths.
NOTE: Discussed about preparing the sanitizer solution in a spray bottle. Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water. Label the bottle as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
