Follow up to initial health inspection on March 17, 2023. The following has been addressed since the previous health inspection: Drying racks are in place above the 3-compartment sink. Racks/shelving available in dry storage room. Gaps observed at the back doors during the previous inspection are now sealed /covered. Health approval is granted to operate. This does not exempt you from seeking approval from other regulatory agencies. Any changes to equipment/operations/layout may be subject to new health approval, contact the district EHO prior to making changes.
