Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JGUU-CJQSVH.

-Site Inspection Report submitted from Restoration Company for Primary and Secondary Work Area. Restoration Company conducted visual inspection, air quality assessment, swab, and lead testing on impacted areas from cleaning machine malfunction on the first floor. Primary Impacted area are Action Area #2-7. Secondary Impacted area are Grocery #11-12, Grocery #3-8, Pharmacy #1-5, Cosmetics #6-9, and interior Pharmacy.
-Visual inspected noted that fire residue have been cleaned. Swab on shelving units indicate clean surface. Air quality assessment indicates that impacted areas have returned to normalcy.
-Soot-like particles of impacted areas and cosmetic products showed 2% or less.
-Lead amount on impacted areas showed <0.10ug by ICPMS.


Primary Work Area
-2 shelving isles in Action Area moved from the primary area to the secondary Grocery Isle 2 and 3.
-Observed shelving units to be visually clean and satisfactory.

Secondary Work Area
-Observed shelving units to be visually clean and satisfactory.
-Cosmetic products cleaned by restoration company. No evidence of particulate matter observed in the cosmetic products.

-Food products impacted in primary area, secondary area, pharmacy have been discarded.
