Routine inspection conducted after renovation.

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory; Hot-holding temperatures satisfactory.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm QUAT available in buckets/spray bottles. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-Coffee stirrers stored in ice.
-Ice machines satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-Washroom equipped properly. Cleaning still to be done tonight.
-Facility in sanitary condition. However, full cleaning is still to occur prior to opening for service.

Approval granted to reopen tomorrow morning, conditional on that all construction equipment at front will be removed and all surfaces are sanitized prior to opening.
