-Majority of the foods serviced in the bar is prepared in the main kitchen.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Hot dogs were cooked to greater than 74C on the hot dog roller and hot held above 60C.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Glasswasher had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine on the glass surface (minimum of 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Ice machine was clean and well maintained. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 18, 2026..
