Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Dishwasher observed repaired and no longer leaking water from the bottom. Operator mentioned that the dishwasher has been serviced to repair the gasket and the temperature gauge has also been replaced.
- Hand washing station in back of kitchen supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Food prep being done during time of inspection - proper food handling procedures observed
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory during inspection
- No signs of pests during inspection
