Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food-grade sanitizer was not available for usage with wiping rags in the kitchen at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Demonstrated correct method for preparing a food-grade sanitizer solution for use with the wiping rags while on-site. Ensure all food-contact surfaces are frequently sanitized using this solution throughout the day.

-->3-compartment sink in the kitchen is currently being used for manual warewashing and as a hand-wash station
-->No dedicated hand-sinks available in the kitchen
-->Staff currently using the washroom hand-sink and the 3-compartment sink for hand-washing
-->Discussed requirement for a dedicated hand-washing station in the kitchen (washroom sinks are not sufficient to meet this requirement)
-->Employee indicates that they will be moving to a new location in the plaza in the near future (~3months), as current unit is too small to install additional sinks
