-No hotholding was being done at the time of inspection
-Sanitizer buckets had 200ppm Quats sanitizer in them
-Dishwasher rinse temperature was 71 degC at plate level
-Temperature logs are being maintained
-Hand sink's fully equipped
-No pest issues noted during the inspection
