Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw shell eggs observed to be stored above ready-to-eat food (vegetables) in walk-in cooler.
A bowl of raw meat observed to be stored above ready-to-eat food (cooked potato filling) in upright cooler.
Garbage bags (new) were observed covering two trays of food.
Corrective Action(s): Raw eggs and raw meat relocated to an area that is not above ready-to-eat food. Ensure raw animal products are not stored above ready-to-eat food to avoid potential contamination of food below in case there is potential leakage.
Garbage bags removed. Ensure garbage bags are not used for food storage. Garbage bags may potentially contain odour suppressing chemicals. Use only food-grade coverings/plastic.

Walk-in cooler at 2 degrees C.
3-door undercounter cooler at 2 degrees C.
One additional cooler has been obtained since the previous routine inspection: 3-door upright cooler located at North end of kitchen. Cooler measured 1 degree C at time of inspection. Thermometer in place.
Food is being cooled using large shallow pans. Internal food temperature of probed items measured 4 degrees C or less. In addition, two ice wands are available for use.
Probe thermometer available on site for internal food temperature checks.
Food is stored off the ground and covered.
Dry storage area organized. Spilled food has been cleaned.
No food observed being stored in open cans.
Hand sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
