- Display cooler was 4 C - 2 door upright cooler was 2 C - Silver upright freezer was - 20 C - White freezer was - 17 C - Milk cooler was 7 C, adjusted at time of inspection. Ensure all coolers are able to maintain 4 C at time of inspection. NOTE: temperature records are up to date, remember to make a note of corrective actions when temperatures recorded are above 4 C. - Hand sink had liquid soap, hot and cold water - Spray bottle had 200 ppm quats - Dishwasher had a final rinse of 73 C at plate and 85 C on gauge. - No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - General sanitation is satisfactory.
