Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found sanitizer in spray bottle to have 0 ppm chlorine, and dishwasher had a final rinse of 0 ppm chlorine. Test strips are on site.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Sanitizer in spray bottle was changed, found to be 200 ppm chlorine. 1 tsp bleach per litre water. Must check sanitizer concentration daily.
2. Dishwasher sanitizer was found to be 50 ppm chlorine after priming the line. Must to check the sanitizer concentration daily.

Observation: Found storage room to have exposed fiber glass insulation as a result of relocating the restaurant, potentially contamining food/equipment. Also found floor contains a hole opening to the outside under shelving by the stove, possible entrance for pests.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to have all exposed fiber glass sealed off while food, beverages, equipment and/or containers are stored inside. Do not use any unpackaged items, or unwashed equipment from this room until corrected.
2. Seal of hole to the outside in the floor under shelving by the stove, to prevent pests from entering.
