Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at time of inspection. Hot and cold running water available. Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and warm running water. Food protected from contamination. Single use items and utensils are sanitary. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene. Sanitizer in use 300 ppm quats. Steam wands are cleaned and sanitized per use. Dishwasher final rinse at 75.0C at the plate according to min/max probe. Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoop. Coolers between 3.6C to 4.0C; #1 milk, #2 milk can cream, #3 salad. Stand up freezer at -17C oatmeal fudge. Potentially hazardous foods on display is not sold and is demo only. Valid Permit posted in visible location. Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. Towels launder off site. Recommendation: This busy location is accumulating dirty towels very quickly. Ensure towels are laundered and a new, clean supply of towels is readily available during service.
