Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Coffee machine cleaned and sanitized regularly. Cream does not require refrigeration. Walk-in cooler registered at or below 4 deg C. Freezers registered at or below -18 deg C. All food items were stored off the floor. General sanitation of the premises were in satisfactory condition. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Bleach sanitizer available at 100 ppm. Note: Operator may be planning to add ready to eat foods (i.e. pizza, etc.) Informed operator of the requirement to obtain a health permit. Renovations required and a floor plan must be submitted prior to any construction. Operator also need to inform City of Abbotsford for any changes in the store.
