Observation: 1. Tomato sauce stored at ambient temperature. Product labelled to be discarded at 10pm (8 hours). Time controlled products can only be stored at room temperature for 4 hours.
**Corrected during inspection** Informed manager. Product moved to walk-in cooler and labels removed. Time stamp labels are to be added after removing from cooler and stored at ambitent temperature for 4 hours only.

2. Scoop observed to be stored inside flour container. Food can potentially be contaminated when handle falls into food or when staff reaches in to pick up scoop.
Corrective Action(s): 2. Store scoop outside of food container. Scoop must also be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
