Hand sink at front clear of obstruction No utensils stored in here **Please get a sanitary utensil container that can be used to store dirty equipment. Have this entire container turned over (washed, rinsed, sanitized) every 2 hours - include the container! **Have another container or drawer with available clean equipment 3 compartment sink was set up by manager at time of inspection **Always have this sink set up for use. This setup must be drained and refilled periodically throughout the day Dairy creamers found properly stored at 4C on ice. Keep on this!
