Cleaning still required at can opener, steel storage rack, 3-tier carts Tiles still require repair - provide a date for when these will be repaired Back screen door still requires repair - staff stated that this is on order. In the interim, secure screen at door until replaced. Observed increased ice-build up in walk-in freezer. Ensure seal is intact and investigate issue to prevent build-up. Replace milk crate storing cutting boards Cleaning under cook line has improved - however, still requires improvement Cleaning at prep coolers has improved Hand sink is free and clear for food debris Dishwashing area is better - however, could still use cleaning underneath unit and counters 1Dr Prep cooler is below 4C
