General sanitation is good. Handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Coolers < or = to 4C Freezer (upright) < or = to -18C Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach sanitizer available. Surface sanitizer available in white bucket with presoaked wiping rags at 100 ppm bleach solution. Food is stored safely at the time of inspection (off the floor & covered). Dry storage area is well organized. Dry food items stored in carts with proper lids. No signs of pest activity.
