Sport caught fish is stored in a designated section of the walk in freezer then transported for processing at Nanaimo plant. 3 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Retail area freezer at -15 degrees C. Retail area clean and organized. Walk in freezer at -28 degrees C. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. No evidence of pests at time of inspection. Pest control services in place. Reminder to contact your district environmental health officer to discuss requirements for sampling.
