The following information was obtained during time of inspection -Handwritten Food Safety Plan & Sanitation plan submitted -Operators enrolled in Food Safe training in 1 day, all food handlers in kitchen already have food safe -Invoices for registration provided during time of inspection. -Operator only has cash during time of inspection for permit, operator will contact billing department to pay for Health Permit Fee in sum of $37.50 for Jan 2018-Mar 2018 Note = Construction plans for upstairs have already been approved by previous Environmental Health Officer. -->Ensure to contact Environmental Health Officer prior to construction to detail plans for construction & food operation. -->New Food Safety Plan to be submitted with new menu items. -->Revisions to Sanitation plan may be required. *Health Approval Granted* with conditions that items noted above are to be completed.
