Observation:
- Numerous (more than 20) of empty cardboard boxes observed in the back kitchen.
- Cluttered kitchen area and front area.
- Old sticky trap observed with dead insects in the electrical room.
- Boxes with old invoices stacked on chest freezer at the front.
Corrective Action(s):
- Above are all REPEAT VIOLATION.
- Discard excess items. Organize clutter. Keep 10 boxes or less. Remove the boxes filled with old invoice. Remove empty containers and packages etc.
- Discard or replace the old sticky trap.

Comments

- All handsinks are fully equipped.
- Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle measured at 200ppm.
- Walk-in cooler at 4C or below.
- All freezers at -18C or below. Most display freezers are turned off except one.
- Manual dishwashing method discussed with operator.
*Discard/replace old plastic bucket used as 3rd sink.
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Back door was open with door screen in place - good.
- Operator has a valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate.

A Correction Order was issued to address clutter issue in the premises. Ensure to correct all violation noted in the report by September 30, 2022. Failure to comply may result in the issuance of violation ticket(s).
