Some cleaning needed along wall in back storage area as chickpeas have fallen on ground and under a few pallets.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean along back storage wall and ensure hard to reach areas are frequently checked for cleaning. To be corrected today.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Walk-in cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Processing room maintained at 6 degrees Celsius at time of inspection.
- Walk-in freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Chest freezer in front reception area maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Multiple chlorine (bleach) sanitizer spray bottles available throughout facility. All sanitizers had chlorine residual of 200 ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level.
- Pest control in place. All rodent traps empty at the time of inspection.
- Operator informed that they are building a screen fence to put up when the bay door is open.
- No evidence of rodent activity at the time of inspection.
- All bulk food items stored in pest proof containers.
- All food items and packaging containers stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
