**Corrected during inspection** Staff stated unit was not in use, but had food products stored under. Potentially hazardous foods moved to walk-in cooler.

2. 3 door pizza prep table measured 8.6°C at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 2. a. load less food products into this unit.
b. use thermometer to verify unit can hold products at 4°C or less. If it cannot, contact refrigeration technician to service.
c. start maintaining temperature logs to verify temperatures. Temperatures should be recorded at least 3 times a day; 1 in the morning, 1 during the afternoon and 1 before closing.
