Observation: The drain from the two compartment sink inside the processing room is not hard plumbed. The grey water is released directly onto the floors of the processing room.
Corrective Action(s): The operator is proposing to replace the single compartment sink in the warehouse to a two- or three-compartment sink for manual warewashing for utensils and other food contact surfaces. The min requirement for manual warewashing is two-compartment sink.

Beverage manufacturing/processing facility:

- All handwash stations (lab room, washrooms) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Chemicals stored securely in enclosed room. Biocide-P, a chlorine-based sanitizer, is used as main disinfectant for utensils, jugs, and all large mixing vats in processing room
- Sanitizer tested with chlorine bleach test strip, measured at 100ppm concentration.
- No evidence of significant recent pest activity at time of inspection. A professional pest control company inspects the facility on a monthly basis.
- Premise is well-lit, light tubes are protected by plastic sheath
- All packaged beverages stored on wooden pallets, at min 15cm off the floor.
