Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloth again observed on the table at ambient temperatures. No sanitizer bucket was available. This is a repeated violation
Corrective Action(s): Wiping cloth thrown into laundry basket. Store wiping cloth in sanitizer solution or provide another alternative that does not spread and permit the growth of pathogens.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 salad bowls stacked ontop of each other were noted to be wet and with food debris. Sanitation plans not developed to address this repeated issue. 3 compartment sink chart from Fraser Health was shown to manager.
Corrective Action(s): Removed salad bowl from air dry rack above. Properly wash and sanitize bowls. This is to be done for all equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces and not just items noted by the Environmental Health Officer.

Observation: Second floor kitchen not provided access. Manager states that the ownership is in charge of it in terms of approvals. Health approval has not been granted and unable to determine if it is in use today.
Corrective Action(s): Cease and desist operation of second floor kitchen until health approval has been granted.

Observation: Manager sent food safety plans this morning instead of Friday as noted on report RLAM-CKCRAA. Plans have not been reviewed yet.
