Non compliance with Provincial Health Officer orders Food and Liquor Serving Premises, March 31, 2021 Order Outdoor patio does not meet the definiation of outdoor patio. Today, your "permanent" outdoor patio is fully enclosed on three (3) sides. Patrons are seated. Follow up inspection on April 9., 2021 report advised you that, in order to comply with the above Order, the patio must be open on 2 or more sides. This requirement has not been corrected. Immediately remove one side wall of the "permanent" patio, located on the street side (eat side) of 3 Dogs Brewing so that the patio meets the definition of outdoor patio and is open to outdoor air on at least 2 sides.
