ALWAYS carry out a sanitizing step every time you wash dishes. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) There was no soap available at hand sink. Pump dispenser was not only empty but had been pushed under a nearby rack and was difficult to retrieve. Dispenser was re-filled. 2) No paper towel was available at handsink. Replaced.
