Observation: Keep bread bags in a sanitary condition and protected from contamination. Raw flour dust is not edible without cooking. Bread bags stored on the wooden shelves by the dough moulder have been found with flour dust on them. This will contaminate hands when putting ready to eat bread into the bags.
Corrective Action(s): Discard bags contaminated with flour dust as plastic bags canno be cleaned, sanitized, or baked. Keep all remaining bread bags in sanitary condition.
