Follow up inspection:
-Dishwasher final rinse temperature at the plate was 71 degrees C or higher (actual temperatures measured based on two runs: 75.0 degrees C and 75.6 degrees C).
-Rodent droppings were removed from the dry bin storage and laundry room area.
-A small amount of rodent droppings were still present near the entrance of door of the dishwashing room. Ensure that these are removed with bleach water today.
-Extra snap traps were in place and it was mentioned that a pest control company had provided a service.
*Please continue the regular pest control program and pest control measures noted on the previous routine inspection report.
*Provide the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health a copy of your most recent pest control reports/invoices.
