Comments

Met with Kitchen Manager and obtained the following information:

- Daily temp logs are available, up to date, posted
- High temp dishwasher reached 77C at the plate/dish level
- Hand washing station supplied with disposable paper towels, liquid soap
- Cold holding units- air temperature measured ( cooler 3C, freezer -18C )

Suggestions:
- Observed fly control devices in place. Please remove fly sticky trap from food prep areas - place at least 2 meters away from prep area. Contact maintenance for maintenace of UV trap.
