Comments

- Premises and equipment were maintained in sanitary condition.
- Handsinks (3) in food preparation area and staff washroom handsink were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Hot water was supplied to all sinks
- 3 compartment sink was set up and in use for manual dishwashing. Quats sanitizer in sink measured 200ppm.
- In use wiping cloths kept in sanitizer solution (200ppm). Spray bottle present with sanitizer solution for use on food contact surfaces/equipment.
- Coolers were operating at required temperature (4C or colder) and freezer was maintaining product in a frozen state.
- Temperatures checked:
- Walk-in cooler 3C
- Line cooler 4C
- Sliding door beverage cooler 3C
- Freezer -15C
- Hot holding unit (in use) 65C
- Cold holding, hot holding and cooking/baking temperatures are checked three times daily. Records present and up to date.
- Food is stored in a manner to prevent contamination - on shelving, wrapped/covered.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection.
- Foodsafe requirement met at the time of the inspection. Supervisor present has completed Foodsafe level 1.
