Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing sinks adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Temperature records kept upto date. Cooked beef patties/chickens checked x3 per day and recorded.
- 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser and in buckets to hold wiping rags.
- Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted for two visits per week.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory. Storage area satisfactory.

NOTE: Discussed about facility's revised sanitation and pest management plans.

Ensure to submit floorplans to obtain approval for renovation.
*New pest control contract to be emailed to the health inspector.
