Cooked beef patties/chickens checked x3 per day and recorded. - 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser and in buckets to hold wiping rags. - Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted for two visits per week. - Washroom handsinks satisfactory. Storage area satisfactory. NOTE: Discussed about facility's revised sanitation and pest management plans.
