- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 77C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles and in sanitizer buckets at 200 ppm QUAT solution.
- Dry storage area and food storage is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE certified staff, Expiry is Jan 2024
