- Handsink in kitchen was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Fridges and freezers were operating at required temperatures.
- Temperatures checked:
- Fridge/freezer (LG) 0C/-20C
- Fridge/freezer (Magic Chef) 0C/-28C
- Freezer (RCA) -18C
- Foods were stored in a manner in which they were protected from contamination.
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required sanitizing temperature. Final rinse measured 74.1C at dish surface.
- Bleach sanitizer present in labelled spray bottle. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine.
- Staff on duty have Foodsafe level 1 certificates.
- Kitchen maintained in sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.

*Temperature records are not currently being kept. Temperature of coolers, freezers, and dishwasher (wash and rinse) should be checked and recorded at least daily. Ensure temperature monitoring and record keeping is being completed per food safety and sanitation procedures.
