Routine inspection:

- Hand sinks had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm Quats available in spray bottle
- Low temperature dishwasher had 100ppm of chlorine at plate surface
- Rice hot holding units reached 60C
- Sandwich preparation cooler was 4C or lower
- Walk-in cooler was 4C or lower
- No pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
