- Display cooler at 4 degrees C
- Preparation cooler at 4 degrees C
- 2-door upright freezer at -17 degrees C
- 1-door upright freezer at -19 degrees C
- Thermometers available within cold holding units
- Food is protected from contamination
- Three sink plugs available at three-compartment sink
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer dispenser available at three-compartment sink. Sanitizer tested at 200 ppm quats in sanitizing compartment. Discussed manual ware washing procedures--no concerns.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored safely in clean dry container.
- Hand washing sink is easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in a dispenser.
- Dry storage area well organized--cleaning products and food products are stored separately
- Designated area available for staff personal belongings
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. FOODSAFE documentation is available for staff member on site (valid to 2023).
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- Temperature logs available on site and up to date
- Permit posted in front area
