Repairs to dishwasher and plumbing occurred last night. - Plumbing now does not leak - All dishes cleaned and sanitized - Cleaning has occurred. Lack of cockroaches observed at facility ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Pest technician to service facility to monitor for cockroaches - Have Pest Technician service facility.
