Handwashing station is fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are less than 4c and equipped with thermometers.
New cooler (see above noted corrected violation) has been installed to replace old insert cooler. This cooler was at 1c and equipped with thermometer.
Ensure to check all temperatures on daily basis and keep a record of all temperatures.
