Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -19'C
*NOTE: temperature logs are not observed maintained. Ensure to maintain temperature logs as per approved food safety plan
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer available in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
*NOTE: 2-compartment sink dishwashing method signage provided to operator during inspection
*REMINDER: ensure knives used for cutting vegetables are stored in a sanitary manner and washed and sanitized after each use
- No signs of pests during inspection
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Dry stored ingredients stored in an organized manner
- Bulk stored food storage area and scoops maintained in sanitary manner
