Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Clorox spray was used as a sanitizer. Wiping rags were stored in a solution with 0ppm of chlorine. Multi- surface cleaners are not approved sanitizers. A 100ppm of chlorine solution was prepared at the time of inspection

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Freezer unit at -18C.
Final rinse temperature for high temperature dishwasher was at least 72C at plate level.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
2 compartment sink in back area available.
No pest activity noted.
