Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous foods such as dairy milk, oat milk and soy milk had an internal temperature 7-8C in the two door cooler in coffee area. Cooler is mostly used for alcoholic or non potentially hazardous beverages.
Corrective Action(s): These foods were relocated to another cooler. Do not use this cooler to store potentially hazardous foods until it is able to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below.
