Observation: Faucet at the two-compartment sink is not in good working order. Corrective action: Replace the faucet - Use other sink for hand washing. Ensure this sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

General comments:
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-Alternative, sinks available for hand washing and are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels.
-Walk in cooler <4c
-Ice machine is clean. Ice scoops stored in a separate area. Ensure handles of the scoops are not wrapped in tape.
-Bleach is available for sanitizing
-Glasswasher is available 50ppm chlorine measured at the final rinse
-Pop guns are clean
-Test strips for glass washer available
Ensure testing is recorded regularly in a log
*Duct tape observed on the corners of the metal drink holder. Duct tape is not suitable for use in a food premise. Remove all duct tape and repair drink holders if required.
*Reminder: Staff certified in Foodsafe Level 1 prior to July 29, 2013 must be recertified by July 29, 2018
