Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer concentration in the final rinse cycle of the glasswasher at the bar was 0 ppm Iodine. The Iodine concentration must be 12.5 ppm - 25ppm to allow for adequate sanitation of glassware.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the use of the glasswasher. Contact the technician to ensure 12.5 ppm - 25 ppm Iodine is present in the final rinse cycle. Wash all glassware in the mechanical dishwasher in the kitchen until the unit is repaired.

Observation: Several gaps were observed throughout the premises around plumbing fixtures and the ceiling. Areas include pipes by the undercounter display cooler at the bar, under the 2 compartment sink in the kitchen, and missing ceiling panels by the beer walk in cooler. These conditions may allow for the entry and harbourage of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Seal all gaps around plumbing fixtures and install ceiling tiles in above noted area.
