Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Noted just cooked foods placed underneath the prep cooler before get served.
2. Noted just cooked food being placed beside the dishwasher
Corrective Action(s): The above areas are not acceptable to place any foods at any time. Do not store any food in non-sanitary areas or equipment.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach water was available at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Noted the staff was preparing bleach water when the inspection was just conducted. Ensure to prepare and use the bleach water bucket prior to commence food prep in the morning.

Observation: Noted excessive mice droppings in the upstair dry storage area. Droppings noted underneath the shelves and around the corners.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings from the noted areas. Clean and disinfect afterwards. Contact pest control company to monitor mice activity and block any possible point of entry. Clean the area today.

2. Small dry storage area underneath the stairs

Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas today. Review the sanitation plan for routine cleaning schedule and follow accordingly.
