Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw and cooked meats stored in the drawer cooler measured with an internal temperature of 8C.
Corrective Action(s): Move the aforementioned meats into a functioning cooler that can maintain temperature at 4C or less.

Observation: Biofilm built up noted on the interior of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing. Ensure to develop a regular sanitation schedule for this. Correct by: today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tray with sauce containers was stored on top of trash can.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any food related containers on trash can and do not use trash can as a stand. Clean and sanitize the tray and move it to a clean counter top.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back entrance door was opened at the time.
Corrective Action(s): Close the back entrance door to prevent entrance of pests such as rodents and flies. Alternatively, install a screen door.

Observation: The following areas needs to be cleaned and sanitized:
- The roller tray in the kitchen area stored beside the hot holding unit.
- Interior of the two glass chillers at the bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned areas. Follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule. Correct by: today.

Observation: The bottom section of the drawer cooler measured with an ambient air temperature of around 8C. Gasket on the side observed not to be properly sealed.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned area to ensure temperature can be maintained at 4C or less. Do not store any potentially hazard food at this location until then. Correct by: Sep 26, 2022.

- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm bleach sanitizer at the plate level.
- Food stored inside the walk-in cooler was covered.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
