Paper based inspection Report #259563: *Washroom available for staff; sanitary and provided with supplies (liquid soap and paper towels) *Bleach available; also disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizers. --> use 100 ppm bleach solution *Coolers were at 4 deg C or colder *Freezers (ice cream/popsicles) at -25 deg C. *Pre-packaged non-potentially hazardous foods display/sold *Food items were within expiry date; all expired items kept aside for suppliers to take back and new items re-stocked. *No signs of pests noted at time of visit. *General sanitation was satisfactory. note: Floors/shelves wiped with disinfectant wipes or bleach solution. Minimal stock kept on shelves; monitoring for pests is easier.
