Comments

- The correction order is rescinded.

- Food storage is satisfactory. Extra storage rack is available in walk-in cooler to store all food containers off the floor. Most of the food is covered and protected from contamination.
- Sanitizer solution is now available in kitchen in bucket and spray bottle, concentration measured to be at 100ppm chlorine residual. NOTE: Ensure that sanitizer solution is changed every two hours and fresh solution at minimum 100ppm concentration is prepared (1 teaspoon bleach in one litre of water)
- Handwashing station is adequately stocked with liquid soap and paper towel and is available for handwashing.
- Drain pipe from walk-in freezer is now removed and does not drain in prep sink.
