Inspection conducted for 2019 season: Menu is exact same as last year ; new manager in charge of concession Handwash stations stocked with soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water All temperatures satisfactory: -Upright coolers are all at 4 deg C or less -Prep cooler: 3.8 deg C -All upright freezers at -18 deg C or less -Thermometers available to monitor temperatures in all cold holding units -Instructions for preparation of surface sanitizer is available at the handwash sink -Permit fee payment of $87.50 due for this fiscal year (April- October), operator will be calling billing department to make payment -Bleach available on site to sanitize all re-usable dishes (with instruction posted on how to make proper sanitizing solution), 2 compartment sink available -General sanitation excellent, no signs of pests during inspection -Manager has provided copy of FoodSafe level 1 temporary certificate -Permit is posted -Facility approved to open for the season
